How often will you work on my books?

Most clients choose monthly bookkeeping so their financials are always current and decision-ready.
If your business has lower activity, quarterly packages are available too — and you can easily adjust as your business grows.

What software do you use?

We primarily use QuickBooks Online, but we’re also experienced with Xero, Gusto, ADP, Square, and Shopify. We’ll set up or optimize your system so it runs smoothly and integrates with your other tools.

Do you prepare tax returns?

Although we don’t personally do tax returns, we partner with trusted CPAs for tax preparation and can coordinate directly with them (or your existing tax professional) so everything flows seamlessly.

How secure is my financial information?

Extremely secure. We use bank-level encryption, password-protected portals, and secure cloud systems (like QuickBooks Online and TaxDome) to protect your data. We never share or store sensitive information outside approved systems.

What’s included in your Financial Advisory Support?
