Crystal Prado
Owner
Before crunching numbers, Crystal was navigating the seas as a US Navy boatswain mate — traveling the world and collecting stories along the way. Eventually, she decided to trade her sailor’s hat for a calculator and dive into the world of accounting.
With over 15 years of experience, Crystal’s journey took her from medical billing to running the books as controller of a fast-growing home health agency. Along the way, she earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Professional Accounting, proving that passion and hard work go hand in hand.
Crystal is also a QuickBooks Online Advanced ProAdvisor, specializing in everything from training folks on QuickBooks to cleaning up messy books for small businesses. When it comes to keeping your finances shipshape, she’s the captain you want at the helm.
Jen Rose
Lead Bookkeeper
Jen’s been knee-deep in bookkeeping since 2013 — and dabbling in it long before that. With 18+ years of hands-on experience, she brings a steady hand, sharp eye, and a calm “we’ve got this” energy to every client she works with.
She’s a certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor and has completed several accounting courses over the years, constantly adding tools to her bookkeeping toolkit.
Jen’s worked with all kinds of small businesses — from dentists and chiropractors to gluten-free bakeries and contractors. (If your business has books, she’s probably balanced them.)
Her mix of training, real-world experience, and easygoing professionalism makes her a cornerstone of the ThinkForward team.
Kylie Nyboer
Bookkeeper
Kylie is a certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor who’s been working full-time in accounting since 2015 — running her own firm in both Hawaii and California. Before that, she sharpened her skills in admin roles where accounting quickly became her thing.
She has a serious knack for spotting errors others miss and a deep love for clean, accurate data (yes, really). Her background in marketing gives her a well-rounded perspective and a client-first mindset that shows in every report she touches.
Kylie’s worked with businesses across all kinds of industries — from tech and off-grid products to wholesale flowers, e-commerce, construction, and real estate. No matter the business, she brings her signature mix of precision, insight, and friendly professionalism — exactly what ThinkForward is all about..
Amber Flick
Bookkeeper
Amber is the newest face on the ThinkForward team — but she’s no stranger to the crew. A SoCal native with 17 years of experience in the medical field (specializing in billing and A/R), she previously worked alongside Crystal before rejoining forces at ThinkForward.
With a sharp eye for detail, a natural knack for organization, and a calm, get-it-done energy, Amber keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. She’s already helped tighten up systems, streamline processes, and jump into client projects like she’s been here for years.
