Owner
Crystal founded ThinkForward to help small business owners across the country find financial clarity and make confident decisions about their future. After serving in the U.S. Navy in Italy, she started in medical billing and worked her way up to Controller of a Southern California home health agency.
With 20+ years in accounting and financial management, she brings real hands-on expertise and an entrepreneurial point of view. A Temecula resident since 2018, a mom of two, and an active community advocate, she loves cheering on fellow local entrepreneurs.

After years of working with all kinds of businesses, each with its own quirks, she takes a friendly, personalized approach. Her goal is simple: take the stress out of the numbers so you can get back to what you do best.

From Southwest Michigan, she supports clients on East Coast hours, and her billing background helps her spot discrepancies fast. Friendly, responsive, and big on clear communication, she builds the kind of trust that makes business owners feel supported.
